Shipping & Returns

Orders are packed and shipped twice a week, not immediately on receipt. Most domestic orders will arrive within 6-10 business days of being placed, and most upgraded priority mail orders will arrive in 4 - 6 days, so please plan accordingly. We do not offer same day shipping, as our fulfillment operation is staffed by volunteers. Shipping cost is the actual carrier shipping rate plus a per order handling fee to cover the cost of shipping materials and processing.

Please note, the shopping cart may say "Priority Mail, 3 days" on checkout, this refers to average time in transit, it is not a delivery commitment, nor does it reflect the amount of time it takes for the order to get to you.

THE CMA STORE IS IN CALIFORNIA, USA. International orders may take longer to process due to customs.International orders may be subject to additional tariff taxes. Additional tariffs/taxes may be required upon delivery.

We have two (2) shipping options; UPS and USPS. Generally they take about the same amount of time, but UPS has better tracking. Not all areas have the same rates. We reserve the right to use a different carrier if your address is undeliverable for any reason. (i.e: UPS won't deliver to PO Boxes.)

UPS shipping. We offer shipping with United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates are calculated by 'weight' and the 'ship-to zip-code' plus a small handling charge. UPS should only be used for orders within the continental United States.

USPS shipping. We offer shipping with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Rates are calculated for parties shipping to the US, Canada or other countries based on the USPS rates plus a small handling fee. If you are in HAWAII or Alaska, you want to use the USPS option. International orders must use USPS shipping plus international customers are responsible for any and all taxes and/or duties that may be charged by foreign governments.
